About the Commissioner's Office
Established under the Security Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR in January 2026, the Office of the Commissioner of Critical Infrastructure (Computer-system Security) ("The Commissioner's Office") is responsible for enforcing the Protection of Critical Infrastructures (Computer Systems) Ordinance (Cap. 653) and discharging related duties.
Our Mission
- Establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to jointly safeguard the computer system security of critical infrastructures ("CIs").
- Enhance the overall computer system security in Hong Kong to maintain the normal functioning of society.
- Strengthen national security by safeguarding cyber security.
